DIGITUM Entreprise

C2PA compliant

Does your image library really know what it contains?

Digitum Entreprise structures and secures corporate image libraries — metadata, usage rights, C2PA provenance — for businesses and public-sector organizations. Installed on your own computers: only image analysis goes through an external artificial intelligence service.

Why now

The risk tied to corporate images is growing

Four trends make managing image rights and provenance unavoidable.

  • 01

Most images follow no standard at all

On most corporate servers and libraries, images carry incomplete or inconsistent metadata, mismatched formats, and missing IPTC, EXIF, or XMP fields — making traceability and compliance practically impossible without a cleanup.

  • 02

    Provenance is becoming a standard

Adobe, OpenAI, Google, and major device manufacturers are now building in C2PA provenance (Content Credentials).

  • 03

    Compliance risk is underestimated

Expired rights, undocumented consent, metadata lost during migrations: real financial and reputational risks.

  • 04

The public sector faces heightened scrutiny

Citizen consent, personal information protection, access-to-information requests.

The solution

An image library that knows what it contains

Four pillars, built on the IPTC, EXIF, and XMP metadata standards, and on C2PA digital provenance.

  • METADATA

    Standardized metadata

A consistent schema for every image, centralized and searchable, instead of spreadsheets scattered across teams.

  • RIGHTS

    Tracked usage rights

Licenses, consents, and expiry dates linked to every image, with automated alerts before a right expires.

  • PROVENANCE

    C2PA provenance

Prove an image’s origin and integrity, in a context where AI-generated content is becoming commonplace.

  • AI

    AI-suggested metadata

An external artificial intelligence service analyzes each image through its API and suggests metadata, which is then written on your computer according to the IPTC standard.

Who it’s for

For image libraries you already have

Insurance, finance, real estate, media, agencies and major consumer brands: Digitum Entreprise works on the images you already have, in three steps.

  • 01 · Revisit

A pass over your existing images

Digitum Entreprise goes back through the images in your library, the ones your teams already use.

  • 02 · Update

    Up-to-date IPTC metadata

Each image’s metadata is updated according to the IPTC standard, so your images are described consistently.

  • 03 · Certify

A C2PA certificate on your images

A C2PA certificate (Content Credentials) is applied to the images to attest their origin and integrity.

Privacy

What leaves your computer, and why

Digitum Entreprise is installed on your own computers. Only one step leaves them: image analysis by an external artificial intelligence service, called through its API. Everything else happens on your computer.

  • Your images

Sent directly to the AI service

For each analysis, the image goes directly from your computer to the AI service’s API, without passing through any Digitum server. Each client uses its own API key: your organization is that service’s customer. Under its commercial terms, the image is not used to train its models and it is deleted from its servers within 30 days, except as provided in those terms.

  • On your computer

Metadata, signing and log stay with you

Writing IPTC metadata, C2PA signing and the analysis log all happen on your computer. Your C2PA certificate’s private key never leaves it: only a fingerprint of the image is sent to the timestamping service.

  • Digitum Consulting

None of your data on our side

User accounts are stored on your computer. Digitum Consulting receives none of your images, generated metadata or account information.

  • Data protection

    A transfer to assess

The AI service is operated by a US company. If your images show people, sending them may count as a transfer of personal information that some laws require you to assess, such as the GDPR in Europe or Law 25 in Quebec.
